Sunil Grover won’t return Kapil Sharma Show :Money can’t be the only reason

Sunil Grover has again shut the buzz which said he is returning to Kapil Sharma's show with a pay hike. Instead, he says he wants to entertain with dignity.

People are waiting with bated breath, will Sunil Grover return to Kapil Sharma Show? As unsubstantiated reports emerged that Sunil Grover and Kapil Sharma have buried the hatchet and are ready to work together on The Kapil Sharma Show, Sunil Grover has spoken again. The stories said Sunil Grover had given in to channel’s pressure and is set to return with a fat pay rise. The comedian is having none of it. Sunil took to Twitter to confirm that he will not give up his dignity for money, “My intentions are to act and to entertain with dignity. For me, money can’t be the only reason to do something, or not to do something.” Sunil’s tweets seems to have put a lid on the speculation that the upcoming episode will have Sunil Grover’s Dr Mashoor Gulati back in his clinic. Instead, the actor insists he is focusing on live gigs and has no plans to join a new TV show.

Last week, we saw Sunil as his famous characters — Dr Gulati, Rinku bhabhi and Gutthi — during his gig in Delhi. He also reprised the characters on the finale episode of Indian Idol 9. Sunil, time and again, has said that he will not return to Kapil’s show. “I am touched with the immense love that I am getting from people. I want to accept this love with humility and being courteous. The live show at Delhi was an overwhelming experience. I am grateful for the love that people are showering upon me,” he told ToI. Earlier, Sunil has categorically denied that he is in talks with Kapil’s rival channel, Colors, to start a show with his name on it.
